It is important to us that our security staff have the correct social skills, which we personally highlight to them.

In example we have worked closely with Luna Cinema, where staff are given different roles within their events from welfare and first aid to crowd control and queue management.

We have recently worked closely with local councils, assisting them with car park marshalling, where our staff have been trusted to operate on their own and ensure that members of the public are following the rules.

All our event operators are fully briefed prior to the event, this will include any specifications you make, and any additional information provided before the event. This is done at a personal level, so we ensure that the staff booked on has full understanding of what is required.

We have turned a new year and Coronavirus is still plaguing the country and will have a lasting impact once we overcome the pandemic. Keeping social distance is till high priority in keeping staff, guests and the public safe. We have a team of operators who are trained and certified in Coronavirus safety. They can be executed within your event in different roles, enforcing social distance is being followed within queue’s/lines, small event areas and surrounding food and refreshment areas.
